Sun Orchard® is a full-service processor and nationwide distributor of gently pasteurized fresh juices and beverages.

Our products include an array fruit based juices, premium-quality lemonades and limeades, bar mixers such as mojito and margarita, smoothies, and all-natural purees. In addition to our “off-the-shelf” products, we call ourselves “America’s Independent Micro-Juicery” because of our passion for creating customized juices and beverage solutions for grocery retail, club stores, restaurants, bars and hotels. This is one of our greatest strengths and a crucial aspect of our continued growth and success in the Foodservice and Retail industries.

Up until recently, our supply chain strategy offered a bi-coastal footprint with production facilities in Haines City, Florida and Tempe, Arizona. Today, with the third production hub in Brundidge, Alabama, Sun Orchard enhances its production service to customers in different metropolitan areas. Because of these facilities, our staff is able to maximize the quality and consistency of our premium beverages throughout the year. Our plant locations and widespread distribution network enable us to meet the needs of our customers across North America. In fact, Sun Orchard beverages are delivered to every major metropolitan area in the US and Canada at least once per week.

Because we believe in providing the highest quality beverages to our customers and consumers, we maintain a full HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Plan, a comprehensive set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and a talented and dedicated Quality Assurance team that closely monitors and controls the manufacturing of our beverages. To ensure product safety and quality, strict product temperature controls are met, brix and acid ratios are consistent, bacteria levels are minimized, and sanitation policies and procedures are followed.
