Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 English cucumbers, skin-on, 1/4” slices
  • 1 jalapeño, 1/4” slices
  • 24 oz. tequila (optional)
  • 26 oz. Sun Orchard Margarita Mix
  • 8 ½ oz. sparkling water
  • Salt for rimming glass (optional) Cucumber and jalapeño slices for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Place cucumbers, jalapeño, and tequila (if using) into a pitcher and muddle.
  • Add margarita mix and sparkling water.  Refrigerate for about an hour.
  • Pour into a salt-rimmed glass with ice and garnish.
