Organic Orange Ginger Oil with Sautéed Vegetables

TOTAL TIME: 12 MINUTES
MAKES: 1 ½ cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Noble® Organic Orange Juice
    2 Tbsp. powdered ginger
    1 ½ tsp. sesame oil
    1 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
    4 cups mixed, fresh cut vegetables

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat a sauce pan over low. Add organic orange juice and reduce down by half.
  • Remove from stove and add to blender along with ginger.
  • Turn blender on high and slowly add the sesame and olive oil until emulsified.
  • Heat a sauté pan over high. Add enough orange ginger oil to coat the pan. Once hot, add vegetables and sauté for 4 – 5 minutes.
  • Place remaining orange ginger oil into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
  • Use orange ginger oil in place of olive oil for fish, stir-fry, chicken, or just drizzle on French bread.
