Silver Tequila, Elderflower Liqueur, Raspberry Puree, Margarita Mix

♦ MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

• 2 sprigs of fresh mint
• 2 oz. silver rum
• 2 oz. Fresh Lime Agave Mix (see recipe)
• 2 oz. lemon-lime soda
  Garnish: lime wheel

Fresh Lime Agave Mix Recipe (makes 64 oz)

• 4 cups Sun Orchard Lime Juice
• 4 cups Agave Syrup or Light Agave Nectar

Tear and drop mint sprigs into a pint mixing glass. Measure in the rum and Fresh Lime Agave. Fill with ice, then cap and shake vigorously. Add the lemon lime soda. Pour drink into tall glass. Garnish.

For a drier cocktail, substitute lemon-lime soda with soda water.
