Gin, Lemon Juice, Lavender Simple Syrup, Lychees

♦ MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

• 3/4 oz Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
• 2 oz gin
• ¾ oz lavender simple syrup
• 6 peeled & pitted Lychee

LAVENDER SIMPLE SYRUP

• 1 cup simple syrup
• 1 tbsp lavender flowers

GARNISH: lavender sprig or flowers with a skewer with a lychee & candied lemon peel

LAVENDAR SIMPLE SYRUP
Coarsely chipped lavender flowers. Add the lavender and simple syrup on a container and refrigerate. Stir occasionally. For best color and flavor store for at least overnight or longer. Strained out flowers before use.

COCKTAIL
In a shaker, muddle 5 lychees, lavender syrup, and lemon juice. Add gin and ice before shaking. Strain into a highball glass over ice
