INGREDIENTS
- 1 fl oz Sun Orchard 3+1 Sweet Lemonade
- 3 fl oz water
- 3 fl oz unsweetened black tea
- 3 – 4 fresh mint leaves
- Lemon slice for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves with one ounce of any liquid. Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Top with ice. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice.
VARIATIONS
Shake in mango puree. For a classic Mai Tai, omit the pineapple and bitters, and replace the ginger liqueur with orange curaçao.
