Seasonal Citrus Mimosa

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 fl oz Sun Orchard Lemonade, prepared
  • 2 fl oz Sun Orchard Orange Juice
  • 4 fl oz champagne/prosecco
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Ice
  • Seasonal citrus slices for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Muddle rosemary in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, orange juice, and prepared lemonade. Shake generously for 10 seconds. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute, slowly add champagne, and garnish.

VARIATIONS

Any seasonal citrus can be utilized in this beverage, feel free to get creative! Orange varietals: tangerine, mandarin, tangelo, cara cara, blood orange, pink/red grapefruit, kumquat, etc.
