Lemon Chicken Pita

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- pinch of chili flakes
- 2 serrano peppers (seeded & sliced)
- 2 shallots sliced
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Pita bread
DIRECTIONS
Marinate all ingredients together, excluding the pita bread for at least one hour.
Preheat the oven to 450F.
Spread all items on a baking sheet and bake for at least 25 minutes until cooked through. Served in pita bread and garnish with parsley.
