Reposado tequila, Irish whiskey, Blue curacao, Peach schnapps, Aperol, Pineapple juice, Sun Orchard Lime juice, Shaved ice, Fresh Lime, Gold sugar crystals

♦ MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

• 2 oz. reposado tequila
• 1/2 oz. blue curacao
• 1 oz. peach schnapps
• 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
• 1/2 oz. Aperol
• 1 oz. Sun Orchard lime juice (extra for rim coating)
• 4 oz. pineapple juice, depends on personal taste
• Gold sugar crystals, for rim
• 1/2 cup shaved ice

Spread Sun Orchard lime juice on the rim of margarita glass. Pour the gold sugar crystals out on a plate. Run the rim of the glass through the sugar crystals to coat. Add a rounded scoop of crushed ice to the glass. Add the tequila, curacao, schnapps, whiskey, Aperol, and juices to a shaker filled with ice. Shake for a few seconds. Strain into glass. Garnish with a round of lime.
