Silver Tequila, Elderflower Liqueur, Raspberry Puree, Margarita Mix

♦ MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

• 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila
• 2 oz. Sun Orchard Grapefruit Juice
• 1 oz. Fresh Lime Agave Mix (see recipe)
• 1 oz. soda water
  Garnish: half kosher salt rim, lime wedge

Using a lime wedge, moisten half the outside rim of a large Old-Fashioned glass. Press moistened part of glass into kosher salt and set aside. Measure the tequila, juice, and Fresh Lime Agave Mix into a pint mixing glass. Fill with ice, then cap and shake vigorously. Add the soda water. Pour drink into prepared glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Replace the silver tequila with a reposado tequila.
