• 2 fl oz pear juice
• 1 ½ fl oz gin
• 1 fl oz simple syrup
• ½ fl oz seltzer
• 1 fl oz. Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
• 3 mint leaves
• Pear slice for garnish
• Lemon slice for garnish

In a cocktail shaker muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Fill with ice, add pear juice, gin, & lemon juice. Shake to chill and pour into glass. Top with seltzer and pear and lemon garnish.

For the botanical experience, add a splash of Elderflower syrup.
