Silver Tequila, Mezcal, Ginger Liqueur, and Fresh Agave Margarita Mix

♦ MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

• 1 oz. silver tequila
• 1/2 oz. mezcal
• 1/2 oz. ginger liqueur
• 3 oz. Fresh Agave Margarita Mix (see recipe)
  Garnish: candied ginger

Fresh Agave Margarita Mix Recipe (makes 120 oz)

• 3 cups Sun Orchard Condensed Margarita Mix (Undiluted)
• 2 cups Sun Orchard Lime Juice
• 2 cups Agave Syrup or Light Agave Nectar
• 8 cups (2 quarts) Water

Measure tequila, mezcal, liqueur, and Fresh Agave Margarita Mix into a pint mixing glass. Fill with ice, then cap and shake vigorously. Pour into an Old- Fashioned glass. Garnish.

Infuse the tequila with fresh ginger for a stronger ginger flavor.
