Chipotle Lime Shrimp
♦ MAKES 6-8 SERVINGS
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Chipotle Chile in adobo, diced
- 2 tsp adobo sauce
- 1 oz Sun Orchard Lime Juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Place shrimp, chipotle chile, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic, and cumin in a large resealable bag. Marinate for no more than 15 minutes. Skewer the shrimp and grill over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Drizzle honey for a sweet and spicy combination.
Great for a rice bowl, tacos, or salad.
