Lemonade Cookies



  • 2 stick (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup Sun Orchard 3+1 Lemonade, undiluted
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional)


  • ½ cup Sun Orchard 3+1 Lemonade, undiluted
  • ½ cup powdered sugar


Preheat oven to 350°F. In bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix flour mixture into butter mixture alternately with lemonade. Add zest and stir to combine. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork to flatten. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Mix glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Once cookies are cooled slightly, drizzle with or dip into glaze.
