Orange Blondies

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Sun Orchard Orange Juice
  • ½ tsp baking powder


Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the bowl of a mixer. Add the butter, eggs, extract, and orange. Beat until incorporated.

Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove and let cool completely.


Orange cream cheese frosting is a perfect finish.  Add white chocolate chips or chopped walnuts into the batter.
