Healthy Planet
- Fruit processing waste is sold as animal feed to local farmers vs. disposed at a landfill
- Emissions are reduced by recycling millions of pounds of plastic bottles and corrugated boxes
- Finished product packaging is composed of recyclable materials (PET plastic bottles, cardboard outer cases, recycled/refurbished drum program)
- Energy demands are reduced by using state-of-the-art refrigeration and boiler systems for our processing and storage facilities
- Wastewater is pretreated to permit direct discharge to municipal wastewater systems
