Vodka, Fresh Lemon Sour Mix, Sugar Rim, Topped with Champagne

♦ MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Sour Mix (see recipe)
  or 3/4 oz. Sun Orchard Lemon Juice + 3/4 oz. simple syrup
• 2 oz. Champagne, Prosecco, or sparkling wine, chilled
  Garnish: sugar-rimmed glass, lemon zest twist

Fresh Lemon Sour Mix Recipe (makes 68 oz)

• 4 cups Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
• 4 cups Simple Syrup
• 1/2 cup Water

Measure the vodka and Fresh Lemon Sour Mix into a pint mixing glass. Fill with ice, then cap and shake vigorously. Strain into prepared glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish.

Add 1/2 oz. of fruit puree, such as raspberry or mango, shaken in.
