Greek Dressing

♦ MAKES 8 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ tbsp Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 8 pinches of finely ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, whisk garlic, oregano, salt and pepper with vinegar and lemon juice. Slowly incorporate the olive oil through viscously whisking until combined.

Additional salt & pepper for finish taste.

VARIATIONS

Can be made in a food processor or emulsion blender. Use dressing as a marinade for summer vegetables, fish or chicken.
