Lemon Herb Dressing

♦ MAKES 6 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs – chives, basil, parsley
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, whisk mustard, herbs, and honey, with lemon juice. Slowly incorporate the olive oil through viscously whisking until combined.

Add salt & pepper for finish taste.

VARIATIONS

Can be made in a food processor or emulsion blender.
Use dressing as a marinade for summer vegetables, fish or chicken
