Grapefruit Cream Cheese Frosting

♦ MAKES 2 CUPS

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 ½ tbls. Sun Orchard Grapefruit Juice
  • Pink food coloring

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, whip the cream cheese and butter together. Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar until there is none left on the sides of the bowl. Whisk in Sun Orchard Grapefruit Juice until the mixture is fully combined and smooth. Add 1-2 drops of pink food coloring for a pale grapefruit color.

VARIATIONS

Frosting pairs well with Grapefruit Cupcakes and other cake recipes.
