• 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
• ½ tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. Salt
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup Sun Orchard Grapefruit Juice
• ¼ cup sparkling grape juice
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 egg white

Preheat oven to 350 F and coat the cupcake pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, Sun Orchard Grapefruit Juice, sparkling grape juice, milk, and egg white. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix on medium speed until smooth.

Transfer the batter into the cupcake pan, only filling about halfway. Bake for 16-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Grapefruit Cream Cheese frosting is a perfect finish!
