Bloody Mary Ceviche



  • ¼ cup Sun Orchard Bloody Mary Mix
  • 4-6 x-large shrimp
  • ½ avocado (cubed)
  • ½ avocado (1/8″ slices)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons chopped red onion


To start, fully peel and devein your shrimp. Add shrimp to 1 ½ quarts of boiling water for 1 ½ to 2 minutes, until firm to the touch (with spoon). Transfer to an ice bath. When cooled, coarsely chop each shrimp. In a small bowl, combine Sun Orchard Bloody Mary Mix, cubed avocado, cilantro, and red onion. Gently mix in chopped shrimp. Transfer mixture into a bowl or cocktail glass of your choosing, and garnish with sliced avocado (fanned) and one shrimp.
