Bloody Mary Cream Sauce
♦ MAKES 2 CUPS
- 2 cups Sun Orchard Bloody Mary Mix
- ¼ cup vodka
- ¾ cup heavy cream
Mix Sun Orchard Bloody Mary Mix and vodka in a medium saucepan. Heat on medium until boiling, then immediately reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes of simmering, turn off the heat and let sit. Once cooled, add the heavy cream and heat on low until the sauce is warmed throughout.
Serve over pasta, as a pizza sauce, or in a bake. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese for garnish.
