Margarita Pie



  • Crust
    • 5 ounces salted pretzels (finely crushed in blender)
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • Filling
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 9 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    • ¾ cup Sun Orchard Margarita Mix
    • 1 tablespoon tequila
    • 1 tablespoon triple sec


Mix crushed pretzels, sugar, and butter. Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish. Whip heavy cream into soft peaks with electric mixer. In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, Sun Orchard Margarita Mix, tequila, and triple sec. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Pour filling into crust and sprinkle with lime zest, if desired. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Allow pie to thaw for about 10 minutes before serving.


For a family friendly version,  remove the tequila and add 1 more ounce of sweetened condensed milk.
