Tequila, Triple Sec, Simple Syrup and Margarita Mix 

♦ MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

• 2 oz silver tequila
• 2 butterfly pea flowers
• ½ oz triple sec
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 3 oz Sun Orchard Margarita Mix
• Ice
• Margarita salt (for garnish)

Add the tequila and butterfly pea flowers in a covered container. Allow it to soak for at least one hour to extract the intense purple color.  Strain out the flowers before using.

In a cocktail shaker add the Margarita Mix, triple sec, and simple syrup. Shake until combined and chilled. Fill the glass with ice and pour mix over it. Slowly pour the tequila on top and watch the color change.
