Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth, Bitter Apéritif, Grapefruit Juice

♦ MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

• 3 oz Sun Orchard Grapefruit Juice
• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 0.5 oz Italian bitter apéritif

GARNISH: Rustic grapefruit zest swath

Combine grapefruit juice, bourbon, sweet vermouth, and bitter apéritif in a pint mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill

Strain into a chilled rocks glass, and garnish with grapefruit zest swath.

Swap out the bourbon for gin for a take on the classic negroni.
