Grapefruit Juice, Vodka, Bitter Apéritif, Prosecco

♦ MAKES 4 COCKTAILS

• 6 oz Sun Orchard Grapefruit Juice
• 2 oz vodka
• 2 oz Italian bitter apéritif
• 16 oz prosecco
• 1 cup seltzer water

GARNISH: 4 grapefruit zest twists

Combine grapefruit juice, vodka, and bitter apéritif in a pint mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill.

Fill empty wine or champagne glasses with ice. Strain grapefruit mix into glasses, filling vessel about halfway. Top with prosecco and a splash of seltzer water.

Serve with straw and garnish with grapefruit zest.
