Rosemary Infused Watermelon Lemonade

INGREDIENTS
ROSEMARY SYRUP
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 1 sprig rosemary
BEVERAGE
- 4 cups frozen cubed watermelon
- 1 ½ cups Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
- ½ cup white sugar
- pinch of salt
- 3 ounces rosemary syrup
- 1 cup water (as needed)
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, make the syrup by bringing combined ingredients to a light simmer; remove from heat and allow mixture to steep for 1 hour before removing rosemary.
In the pitcher of a blender, combine 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks, lemon juice, ½ cup sugar, salt, and rosemary syrup. Blend on high until slushy. Add water to loosen mixture as needed.
Add vodka, bourbon, or rum to make this summer sipper into a refreshing cocktail for the pool-side! Add 3 ounces liquor to ingredients in blender, puree, and serve!
