Coconut Lime Rice

♦ MAKES 4 Servings


  • 1 cup of jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp of the minced cilantro
  • ¼ cup & 1 tbsp Sun Orchard Lime Juice


Combine the rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and ¼ cup of lime juice. Follow setup when using a rice cooker or pressure cooker. For the stovetop, simmer for 12-15 minutes while stirring a few times and check for doneness. Remove pan from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

Fluff rice with a fork. Mix with minced cilantro and 1 tbsp of lime juice.


Great with beef, chicken, pork, and seafood.
