Crispy Feta

Drain any excess water from the block of feta cheese before letting it marinate with lemon juice in a shallow dish for 10 minutes.

Coat all sides of the cheese with cornstarch.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add feta and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.


Pairs with the Lemon Chicken Pita recipe.

Serve with jam on a cheese board.
