Elote Mexican Street Corn



  • 4 corn on the cob, shucked
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp Sun Orchard Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup cotija cheese


In a bowl, mix the crema dressing ingredients: sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, and cilantro.

Grill corn without the husks on a grill or stove top on high, rotating every 10 minutes until ends begin to char.

Remove corn from grill and brush with crema dressing. Sprinkle with cotija, cilantro, and lime juice! Insert wooden skewer into corn after grilling for easier handling!
