Lemon Chicken Pasta

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- ½ lb Rotini Pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- ½ cup Sun Orchard lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano, minced
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt plus a pinch
- ¼ tsp onion powder
DIRECTIONS
Add a pinch of salt to a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Boil pasta according to box instructions and strain. Rinse with cold water; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, sugar, pepper, salt, and onion powder.
Add shredded chicken and cooled pasta to mixture and toss before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
