Lemon Vinaigrette
♦ MAKES 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sun Orchard Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender add olive oil, honey, and lemon juice.
Mix at medium-high speed and slowly incorporate the olive oil until its fully emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
VARIATIONS
Pairs with the Lemon Chicken Pita recipe.
Toss into any salad or cooked grains like couscous.
Add fresh basil and pine nuts on a pesto dressing option.
