Pico de Gallo
♦ MAKES 6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
- 6 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 ½ tbsp Sun Orchard Lime Juice
- ¼ red onion, minced
- ½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt, pepper, and cumin to taste
DIRECTIONS
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. For best flavor, prepare the night prior and season with salt again prior to serving.
VARIATIONS
Serve as:
An appetizer with tortilla chips
A topping for tacos
A side for quesadillas, burritos, etc.
